Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Growth to manage
capture efforts for strategic contracts in the federal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage bid opportunities and recommend bid/no-bid
decisions
Develop capture plans, conduct competitive analysis, and assess
pricing strategies
Lead proposal development and keep the proposal team motivated
throughout the process
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in the federal sector
In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations and the
proposal development process
Proven leadership and motivational skills for managing local and
virtual teams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
