Job Description:
A company is looking for a HPC Systems Administrator to manage
and optimize high-performance computing infrastructure in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Linux-based high-performance computing
systems and storage environments
Collaborate on new project integrations, testing, and analyzing
dependencies across the computing environment
Assist users with troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
related to HPC resources
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Linux-based clusters, particularly RedHat or
CentOS
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Perl, and
R
Experience with high-performance networking technologies, including
InfiniBand
Familiarity with cloud computing environments, especially Microsoft
Azure
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations related to medical
research
